The Center for Nutrition’s Terms and Conditions

I hereby grant The Center for Nutrition permission to charge to my Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover Credit Card for the product(s) or service(s) I have chosen on the order form.

Nutritional Counseling via the phone is on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only in no more than 30-minute sessions from 11 am to 1 pm and from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm [EST]. Platinum Members only may call on Friday from 11 am to 1 pm only.

You must call ahead to schedule your appointments. When you call, please use this number 866-MangoMan (626-4662)! We have several clients from several countries, so we ask that you honor the time for each call so we can assist our complete client base as well.

We are very interested in your progress. So when you and Dr. Wayne Pickering are on the phone, you are his total focus. By accepting I fully understand that Dr. Wayne Pickering, Nutritional Counselor (#NC0000100), is not a medical doctor nor portrays himself as such.

I hereby authorize Dr. Wayne Pickering to serve in the capacity as my Nutritional Counselor, Health Educator and/or Lifestyle Management Consultant and agree to hold him harmless for any and all such acts.

I further understand that he will neither diagnose nor treat specific illnesses or conditions of any kind, nor will he prescribe any remedies or treatments. That area is reserved for medical doctors!

I have chosen Dr. Wayne Pickering’s method of building my Health and/or Wealth of my own free will and in exercise of my constitutional right for the attainment of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. I hereby acknowledge that I have been instructed by The Center for Nutrition to obtain the approval of my personal physician or health advisor before making any radical changes in either my dietary regimen or in my lifestyle.

Specifically, I am hereby instructed to obtain the approval of my personal physician or health advisor before using any diet, exercise program or other instructional or reading materials which I may have received from The Center for Nutrition for my consideration.

Shipping Policy

All products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Charges include processing, packaging and shipping costs. Shipping and delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. The Center for Nutrition reserves the right to hold credit card orders for address verification. Declined credit card orders will be held for authorization for no more than 10 business days. If we are unable to obtain authorization we will cancel the order.

Check/Money Order Policy

Checks and money orders should be made out to: The Center for Nutrition, Inc. Checks must be imprinted with name, and street address. Checks must be signed by the same name as imprinted on the check. If name and street address are not imprinted, please Hand-Print Name and Address, Driver’s License Number, and Daytime Phone Number on the Upper Left Hand Corner and Initial Any Alterations.

For your protection, all checks are subject to complete address and bank verification. Products Will Not Be Shipped Until Funds Clear. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge or the maximum allowed by law. Other costs of collection and penalties as permitted by law will also be accessed.

Refund Policy

The Center for Nutrition has always guaranteed all our products for one year from the date of purchase. As long as you are within that one-year time period and would like to return any products, there is a 20% restocking fee on the product purchase price only.

If we don’t receive your nutritional counseling certificates and/or personal development certificates that accompany each program within a 30-day period, all guarantees for those products are void. We do not assume responsibility for the shipping and handling charges.

The re-stocking charge helps to offset the credit card charges and the repackaging of the product as long as it’s in re-sellable condition. By choosing to continue I am stating that I am of sound mind and understand what I am authorizing as outlined above.

Privacy Policy

The Center for Nutrition will never sell, trade, rent, share, or otherwise divulge any information you’ve given us to anyone else. Not at anytime for any reason.
